Three-Delicacy Wonton is one of famous eating in Wuxi and largely welcomed by civilians in Wuxi. The stuffing is generally comprised of three delicacies: fresh meat, preserved Sichuan pickle and dried freshwater shrimp. The auxiliary materials are bone-soup, sliced bean curd and sliced egg skin.
Traditionally, Wonton was sold by people shouldering the cooking wares. The sellers went everywhere the people needed. It is featured of strong characteristics of southern area of Yangtze River. This moving noshery was simply comprised of a boiler and a small workshop. The one is camp stove, sauces, the other for bowl, spoon and small wood stool. It was the movable fast-food shop at that time. The wonton was a good memory of that time. Nowadays it is the best selection for young generation. They are on the way of their works, for releasing the hunger, they often buy some bowls of wonton.
