IIOM training base for high-end talents was put into service in Wuxi New District with the first batch of people already being trained. It is jointly established by International Outsourcing Management Association and Wuxi New District. In this year, New District plans to employ "three projects” to build a three-level talent training system and cultivate over 20,000 people.
